EIB-H(St)H Cable for KNX / EIB Building Automation
EIB-H(St)H cable is a screened, halogen-free bus cable designed for KNX / EIB building automation applications. ETK Kablo manufactures this LSZH cable for fixed indoor wiring between compatible sensors, switches, actuators and control devices.
Part of our building automation cable range, EIB-H(St)H combines solid copper conductors with an overall foil screen and a green outer sheath. The 2x2x0.8 configuration provides four insulated conductors in a compact star-quad arrangement.

Overall Screening and Halogen-Free Materials
The Al/PET foil screen surrounds the cable core, with a tinned copper drain wire for screen connection where required by the installation instructions. The screen helps limit the effects of external electrical interference. Follow the system manufacturer’s guidance for handling and terminating the screen.
Halogen-free insulation and an LSZH outer sheath provide the material system for projects with smoke and halogen requirements. The Standards section above lists the applicable smoke, halogen and flame-test references. These properties do not, by themselves, establish FE180 or PH120 circuit integrity during fire.

EIB-H(St)H is the halogen-free option. For projects specifying a PVC construction, compare EIB-Y(St)Y bus cable. Select the insulation and sheath materials, electrical performance and required approvals together when choosing the cable.
