JE-H(St)H Bd FE180 Cable for E30, E60 and E90 Systems
JE-H(St)H Bd FE180 E30-E60-E90 PH120 is a screened, halogen-free cable for signal and control circuits with specified fire performance requirements. It combines solid copper conductors, twisted pairs, ceramic-forming insulation and an overall aluminium/polyester foil screen. The orange LSZH jacket completes this product in ETK Kablo’s fire resistant cable range.
FE180, PH120 and E30-E60-E90 Performance
FE180 describes cable integrity for 180 minutes under the specified fire test conditions. PH120 describes circuit integrity for 120 minutes under fire and mechanical shock testing according to EN 50200.
E30, E60 and E90 refer to 30, 60 and 90 minutes of functional integrity for a tested cable installation system under DIN 4102-12. These classifications apply to the cable together with the specified supports, fixings and installation arrangement. For an E90 installation, select the cable size and mounting system covered by the relevant test documentation.
For a detailed comparison, read our guide to FE180, PH120, E30, E60 and E90 cable ratings.
Screened Signal and Control Applications
Typical applications include instrumentation, control engineering, industrial electronics, indoor communication and sound systems. For fire detection or emergency communication circuits, check the connected equipment requirements and project specification when selecting the cable.
The overall foil screen and tinned copper drain wire help manage electromagnetic interference when correctly terminated and grounded. Low smoke, halogen-free materials address smoke and corrosive gas characteristics separately from circuit integrity performance.
JE-H(St)H Bd Cable Sizes: 1x2x0.8 to 10x2x0.8
The table below lists the 0.8 mm conductor configurations shown in the Types section. In 2x2x0.8, the first number means two pairs, the second means two conductors per pair, and 0.8 is the conductor diameter in millimetres. It is not a 0.8 mm² cross-section.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is JE-H(St)H Bd FE180 E90 2x2x0.8?
This designation describes a two-pair cable with four solid conductors, each 0.8 mm in diameter, and the stated FE180 requirement. E90 refers to its use within the appropriately tested cable installation system. Include PH120 and the required system documentation in your specification where applicable.
Is JE-H(St)H Bd 1x2x0.8 available for an E30 project?
The product range includes a 1x2x0.8 configuration with one pair and two conductors. For an E30 project, confirm that this size and the proposed support and fixing arrangement fall within the relevant system test documentation.
Does FE180 automatically provide E90 performance?
No. FE180 concerns cable-level fire integrity. E90 concerns the functional integrity of the tested cable installation system. An FE180 designation alone does not establish E90 performance.
